Installed Garage Door Openers
All installations include a 1-year labor warranty plus manufacturer warranty. We carry LiftMaster and Chamberlain. Price includes standard installation, programming, the remotes listed for each model, and safety setup.

01Is the labor fee separate from the repair price?
No. Every flat-rate price listed includes parts and labor. The $139 standard labor rate applies to repairs not listed here, tune-ups, minor adjustments, diagnostic visits where no parts are needed.
02What if the repair ends up being more complicated than expected?
We diagnose before we quote. If something unexpected comes up mid-repair, we stop, explain what we found, and get your go-ahead before proceeding. You never get a surprise on the invoice.

03Do you charge a trip fee or diagnostic fee?
No trip fee. No separate diagnostic charge when you proceed with the repair. If we come out and the assessment reveals the repair isn't worth doing, we'll tell you that honestly too.
04Are these prices for the whole Eastside or just certain cities?
Same pricing across our entire service area, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond, and all surrounding communities. No travel surcharge for outlying areas like North Bend, Snoqualmie, or Covington.
